So... that git branch doesn't even work, and when I tried to enable the app, I had to do a database hack to get it to work. Now I can't even disable the app because occ just errors out!

OK I just cleared out the database and disabled the app. IDK what to do about Nextcloud mail, it's always broken.

I think we were using Nextcloud Mail 11.8 before this? We might want to rollback to that.
