porkbun-dynamic-dns-python is the official dynamic DNS client for Porkbun. Recently we've had our public IPv4 address change twice, which I spent half an hour debugging various networking issues before realizing that was the cause. Unfortunately it's not in the AUR so we'll need to package it ourselves and upload it to the AUR. We should also include a systemd timer.

OK, I finished creating the package. I could add a bit more documentation, but you can just read the source code 😃. I had to make a fork of upstream because they're kind of dead anyways.
