Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
PostgreSQL and the Synapse DB seem to doing a significant amount of disk writes, so let's try and reduce that.
I'm closing this issue as well, since I checked out PostgreSQL config with https://pgtune.leopard.in.ua/ and I didn't notice any issues, and reducing disk writes might hurt Synapse performance.
