This would be beneficial towards increasing our uptime and availability, especially for things like the Discord Matrix bridge. However, it's at the cost of a much bigger electricity bill so #13 need to be solved first. Please vote with 👍 and 👎!

I calculated that it only adds about $10 a year if exozyme is mostly idle but still running at night. This would benefit web hosting and Matrix users the most.

As of now, I'm not running the server at night since we only have a few users anyways. I'll consider this again for v3.0.

Looks like time zones and UTC stuff are causing issues with the hardware clock which is why exozyme had an outage today. Will be investigating this more.

We can reconsider this once we have more funding since it would make some services like exogit code hosting or website hosting a lot more useful.
