Currently stuff like email notifications doesn't work because I haven't configured anything to send emails. I almost certain that we'll need to rely on an external service like Mailgun, since we aren't going to be hosting our own mail server #16.

I just registered a Mailgun account, and it's free up to 5000 emails per month so we should be good.
