Generally, you can log in by clicking the "Log in with Keycloak" button (or some variation of it). Don't click sign up since that probably won't work. A few notes: Mastodon is currently using an experimental Keycloak integration program, so you should use <a href="https://social.exozy.me/auth/sign_in">this link</a> to log in instead. For Jellyfin specifically, enter in your Keycloak username and password directly into the login page. Go out and explore!
