I can't see old announcements

Unfortunate...

I think the real problem is that we only post announcements on Matrix but not anywhere else. Most of the important news is also in our releases. Apart from that, the announcements channel also has some messages about outages and hackathons but I don't think it'd be important to see those old messages.

I fixed this by creating a new unencrypted announcements room.
