I installed TigerVNC globally so you can try that as well. Make sure you configure TigerVNC first. Also, make sure you tunnel VNC over SSH since VNC itself doesn't have encryption.
Also, I'd highly recommend using our already set up and working RDP service instead of VNC, since if you have bad performance with RDP, you'll have even worse performance with VNC if you can get it to work.

aRDP Free is pretty good in my opinion and has decent controls. But if you're using remote desktop on a phone, it's probably not going to be a great experience anyways.

I think its my network issue. actually there's not any good rdp client for android. the controls in Realvnc client is nice
