Our nginx config files currently score a B on the SSL Test. Let's try to improve that with better nginx SSL settings.

Added a new config using https://ssl-config.mozilla.org/#server=nginx&version=1.21.3&config=intermediate&openssl=1.1.1l&guideline=5.6. Let's see how it scores on the SSL Test.
