We have great hardware. However, not all the services feel fast. For instance, Nextcloud (which is very heavy in the first place) feels like molasses. I tried tweaking our PHP-FPM configuration to improve that, but I don't know how much it helped. Anyways, it's probably also a good idea to tune our nginx server and PostgreSQL databases, but I'm not too sure where to start.

#11 is related too. Synapse is really slow when joining large rooms.
