Run the server at night

Looks like time zones and UTC stuff are causing issues with the hardware clock which is why exozyme had an outage today. Will be investigating this more.

Apache Guacamole for clientless remote desktop

Another huge benefit of this is that Guacamole uses the FreeRDP client so perhaps we will have fewer Microsoft RDP client issues?

As of now, I'm not running the server at night since we only have a few users anyways. I'll consider this again for v3.0.

245816c1bf Correct guacamole port from 10080 to 11080
